Welcome to Awakened Womb Wisdom (www.awakenedwombwisdom.co.uk). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, participation in our coaching programs, holistic treatments, circles, and group sessions provided by Rachel Higgins trading as Awakened Womb Wisdom ("we", "us", "our").

By making a purchase, booking an appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services & Disclaimer

​1.1. Personal Development, Intuitive & Holistic Services: Awakened Womb Wisdom provides holistic coaching, group coaching containers, cycle syncing workshops, intuitive readings (Womb Whispers Readings), meditation audios, and complementary womb healing treatments.

1.2. Not Medical Advice: Our services, readings, content, and materials are provided for educational, personal growth, and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical care. Womb Whispers Readings are intended for personal insight and guidance; they should not replace professional medical or legal counsel.

1.3. No Guarantees: We provide guidance using our methodology (Awaken, Explore, Transform). However, individual results depend on your own engagement, commitment, and personal circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1. 1:1 Sessions & Treatments: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be forfeited without a refund.

2.2. Group Sessions & Circles: Due to the fixed schedule of group events, if you are unable to attend a live Group Coaching Q&A or Monthly Women’s Circle, missed calls will not be rescheduled or converted into 1:1 sessions.

3. Code of Conduct & Confidentiality in Group Spaces

3.1. Safe Space & Confidentiality: What is shared within our group coaching calls, circles, or community spaces remains strictly confidential. You agree not to share other participants' personal information, experiences, or session details outside the group.

3.2. Respectful Behaviour: We hold zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour. We reserve the right to immediately remove any individual from a live session without a refund if their conduct is disruptive or inappropriate.

4. Statutory Consumer Rights & Cancellation Period

​4.1. 14-Day Cooling-off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel distance service bookings within 14 days of purchase.

4.2. Instant Digital Content (Meditation Audios): When purchasing pre-recorded digital downloads (such as Meditation Audios), you explicitly request immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that once access or download links are delivered, you waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel or receive a refund.

4.3. Service Waiver: If you attend or request a live 1:1 session, treatment, workshop, or reading within the 14-day window, you acknowledge that you request immediate performance of the service and waive your right to a refund once the session or reading has been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content, audio recordings, course workbooks, portal materials, and website copy are the intellectual property of Awakened Womb Wisdom.

5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and download materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not record live calls, copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

6. AI Audio Processing & Data Privacy

6.1. Privacy Notice: We handle all personal and special category data in strict accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

6.2. AI Note-Taking: During sessions, we may use Google Gemini (via Google Workspace) to record and transcribe audio to create accurate coaching summaries. Data is held under enterprise security and is never used to train public AI models. Full details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights that cannot be legally excluded under UK law.

7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these Terms for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service, session, or package in dispute.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
